The use of our services, in the online store, presupposes, in any case, the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in the version published by ZIVO UNIPESSOAL, LDA (SAZOREA) at the time of purchase, so it is essential to read them before proceeding to carry out any order or purchase.

4. PURCHASE AND BILLING PROCESS

To order at sazorea.com, the user must have an email account and their browser must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, in order to allow the enjoyment of all the navigability conditions of the SAZOREA online store.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Currently, SAZOREA only ships to member countries of the European Union (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic , Romania and Sweden), Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein.

 

5.1. Delivery

a) We deliver products from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, and we do not ship on public holidays.

b) We can only fulfill the delivery of an order if the delivery address is a house or an office located in one of the countries mentioned in the list of available countries above.

c) To receive the order, it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address. This service does not include scheduling or marking options, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact by the carrier.

5.2. Delivery Deadlines

a) If you confirm your order on a working day, until 1 pm and make the payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, MB way or via Paypal, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days (weekends and holidays not are considered business days).If the order is registered on a Friday, after 1 pm, we prepare the order on the next business

e) Delivery times vary according to the destination territory, and after dispatch, they take:

  • 2 business days to mainland Portugal
  • 5-7 business days to Azores and Madeira
  • 5-7 business days to European Union
  • 10 working days to Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein.

The dates shown are merely indicative. Any delay verified in the dispatch or delivery of items, in view of the estimated dates presented, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.

 

5.3. Partial Deliveries

Whenever possible we will try to deliver everything in just one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split delivery of the order, for example (but not limited to) if a part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we proceed to divide the order, the customer will be notified, by email, of our intention to proceed in this way. For this purpose, the e-mail address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used.

 

5.4. Inspection upon delivery

Upon receipt of the order, the customer has the duty to verify its state or condition, and must immediately report the non-compliance of the item upon delivery to the carrier and immediately contact the SELLER, reporting the incident to order@sazorea.com. You must also send photographs of the products received and indicate the order number as well as the name under which you placed the order. If this does not happen, we will not be able to exchange or refund the items.

Any anomalies will have to be reported within 24 hours, under penalty of being considered that the material was in perfect condition, not being responsible for any damage caused by transport.

The SAZOREA team will analyze the situation and the returned product and inform the customer of the right to the respective refund or proceed to send another one. As a rule, the refund is made within 5 working days, counting from the day the damaged item is received at our facilities.

 

 

6. SHIPPING EXPENSES.

6.1. The cost of sending your order is not included in the price of the item, being calculated automatically at the end of the purchase and also taking into account the place where you live or the country of destination, as well as the weight and size of the

7. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

8. DATA VERIFICATION

9. PAYMENT:

14. DELAYS IN DELIVERY OF ORDERS

15. RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION

15.4. Returns are only accepted for products that arrive properly packaged in the original shipping box andare in the same condition in which they were delivered: in the undamaged original packaging, unopened, unused, undamagedany marks of use and with all intact security seals.

SAZOREA will not refund in the following cases:

– Products damaged by misuse or negligence;

– Opened and/or used products; products with signs of use and damaged security seals;

– Products purchased on sales, on sale, with a discount code or on offer products;

– Products not purchased on the SAZOREA website, purchased through partners.

15.5. It is just cause for return, exchange by our warehouses of the product sent, (exchange of references or articles) or presenting a defect of origin. We will exchange it, obliging the SELLER to bear the costs of returning and sending the product. In case of order error.

15.6. In the event of termination of this contract, the payment made will be refunded, with the exception of shipping costs and the costs of returning the product, which will be borne by the user. b) In case of exchange acceptance, SAZOREA will issue a voucher for the purchase price, deducting the shipping costs of the order. This voucher can be used within a period of one year from the date of issue and only in a single purchase equal to or greater than the original

c) Return costs associated with the exchange are also the responsibility of the consumer.

15.10. In all cases of exchanges/returns, SAZOREA is not responsible for lost orders that have not been communicated to us and/or that do not have a tracking number (tracking number).

 

 

16. CANCELLATION
